What determines the price?

Compare the same destination, products, packed weight and dimensions. The comparison must include fuel, remote-area and handling surcharges, plus any carrier-specific clearance charge. Duties and taxes must be treated consistently in both quotes. A lower advertised base rate alone is not enough. Carrier reference rates are not a confirmed THE CAST order price.

How to request your quote

  1. Prepare the destination country, city and postal code, plus product links and quantities.
  2. Tell us your preferred carrier and any target delivery date.
  3. In THE CAST shopping website, sign in and open My Page > 1:1 Inquiries. Send the details and check the reply in the same section.
  4. Wait for confirmation of availability, charges and ordering instructions before paying. A quote request does not reserve shipment or guarantee delivery.

The lowest available shipping cost is the default. For a confirmed DHL Express or UPS quote, enter your products and address in checkout, copy the request code, and send it through My Page > 1:1 Inquiries. THE CAST checks the official carrier quote, product eligibility and import conditions, then adds the confirmed delivery option. Refresh the shipping quote in checkout to compare EMS and available carriers and choose your preferred service. EMS discounts and combined-shipping deductions are included in the price comparison. Changed products, quantities or address, expired quotes and unresolved tax requirements require a new review. Official carrier websites provide estimates, not an automatic THE CAST booking.

Rates come from THE CAST’s current shipping settings; destinations needing tax, customs or alternative-carrier confirmation appear in a separate review section.

Is my destination supported?

The table shows destinations with enabled EMS rates in THE CAST’s current delivery settings. Choose your destination in the shopping screen to check your selected products, quantities and address. An available country rate does not confirm that every product or parcel can be shipped there. Confirmed EMS, DHL and UPS options are compared using shipping, duties, taxes and clearance fees together, with import charges paid by the sender. The lowest cost is selected by default; the customer may choose another available service. Where EMS is unavailable, confirm the alternative service, total quote and import requirements before ordering. A destination outside this table needs a separate availability check; it is not automatically supported.

How is international shipping quoted?

Online checkout compares EMS with confirmed DHL and UPS quotes for the same parcel, products and address. The lowest confirmed total including shipping, duties, taxes and clearance fees is the default, and customers may select another confirmed service. International orders cannot redeem coupons or points. Pay the full confirmed total together; no additional import charges are collected from the recipient. The fee depends on the destination and order weight. Review the shipping amount returned in the purchase screen after selecting the destination, products and quantities. Country availability and rates can change, so the checkout quote is the reference for your order.

Is product capacity the same as shipping weight?

A capacity such as 30 ml identifies the product contents; it is not a shipping-weight quote. Use the shipping calculation for your selected order instead of estimating the delivery fee from the volume in a product name.

What if a shipping quote is unavailable?

A destination, product or order may be unavailable for delivery, or required shipping information may be missing. Check the message in the purchase screen. Resolve the issue before payment rather than treating an unavailable quote as free shipping.
