Build a beauty wishlist with reasons, not just product names
Use a small comparison list to connect product identity, preferences, unanswered questions and purchase timing.
Give every item a job
Begin with the reason you are considering a product. You might need a replacement for something nearly finished, a particular makeup color or a gift for a known recipient. Writing the reason helps distinguish a practical purchase from a product you simply want to learn more about.
Keep the full product name, option and current listing URL. Add the size and package configuration so that a later comparison does not accidentally substitute a miniature, a refill or a different set.
Use a few comparison fields
Create columns for intended use, preferred feature, listed quantity, displayed price and currency, and any unanswered question. Add the date you checked the information. A saved price is a reference point, not a promise that the price or availability will remain unchanged.
For two alternatives, compare the same fields. If one listing lacks the detail you need, mark it as unknown instead of assuming it matches the other. Link a relevant guide beside the question, such as refill compatibility or how to interpret a bundle's contents.
Review the list before ordering
Remove duplicates and check whether a product you already own can meet the intended need. For the items you still want, revisit the live listings, select the exact options and review delivery for the destination. The final basket should be checked independently of the wishlist.
You can maintain this list in your own notes; it does not require a store account feature. At THE CAST, the guide library and current catalog provide complementary information: the guides help structure a choice, while the listing confirms what is available to order.
