K-Beauty shopping questions, answered by THE CAST
Direct answers about finding products, matching options, ordering overseas, shipping quotes and getting support.
Where should I start if I am new to K-Beauty?
Choose the product type you want to understand, then compare the exact items in that category. Start with a cleanser, lip product or another item you already have a reason to explore. Our guide library explains how to read a listing; the catalog provides the current products and brand pages. There is no requirement to buy a complete multi-step routine.
Does a Korean brand name tell me where every product is made?
Use the country-of-origin information for the exact item when it is provided. Brand identity and an individual product’s origin are different facts. THE CAST’s wider store selection also includes other beauty brands, so read the product details rather than assuming that every item is manufactured in Korea.
Are the guide examples current product offers?
Guides explain a shopping method. A calculation explicitly labeled hypothetical is not a price offer. Use the product page and selected checkout option for current price and availability. A recorded show or older shopping note may discuss an earlier offer.
How do I confirm the size or shade?
Match the full product name, size and shade code in the description, images and option selector. If a photo shows a set, confirm that your selected option includes the same contents. Ask a specific product question if those details do not agree.
Can I place a small personal order?
Build the order using the quantities available in the buying screen and review the resulting quote. The small-order guide helps you compare the product subtotal and delivery charge. Do not assume a separate minimum, free-shipping threshold or discount unless it is shown for the purchase you are making.
How do I check international delivery?
Open the shipping guide for the current EMS destination information and reference rates, then confirm the actual destination in checkout. If your destination is unavailable, contact support before ordering. A country appearing in a carrier’s global network does not by itself activate that country in THE CAST checkout.
Can I choose DHL or UPS instead of EMS?
EMS is the standard basis. DHL or UPS may be selected after availability, the final shipping charge and import conditions have been confirmed. Checkout selects the lowest available cost by default; more expensive confirmed services remain selectable. These are enquiry options until the service and total have been confirmed; they are not a promise of a selectable carrier for every order.
Which payment methods and currency will I use?
The buying guide shows information from the store’s current payment configuration. The methods and currency offered for your actual checkout are the ones to review before paying. Do not infer payment availability from a logo in an old post or video.
Where can I read customer reviews?
Open the exact product in the shop and select its review tab. Sign-in may be required. If no reviews are displayed, that does not establish a positive or negative rating. This guide contains THE CAST’s own answers; it is not a collection of customer testimonials.
What should I include when asking for help?
For product questions, provide the product link, exact option and the detail you need to clarify. For an order question, use customer support and share the order identifier privately. Do not post addresses, phone numbers or payment information in a public question.
What if a video and the current page differ?
Treat the video as a demonstration recorded at a particular time. Recheck the item, option, availability and current offer on the product page and in checkout. If the difference concerns the identity or contents of the product, resolve it before buying.
