K-Beauty beyond the face: Korean body care and scent products
Korean beauty also covers body wash, body lotion and scented care. Compare purpose, size and fragrance information using SOOYA SEOUL examples.
Compare products in this guide
K-Beauty is often discussed as facial skincare, but Korean brands also make body washes, lotions, hand care and fragrance-led products. Scent plays a large part in this category, and many brands build a body range around one named fragrance so that several products share the same scent identity.
Separate the scent from the product type
SOOYA SEOUL's Lilac Veil name appears on a Body & Hand Wash, a Body & Hand Lotion and a Scent Oil. The wash and the lotion each list 400g, while the Scent Oil lists 50ml. A shared fragrance name does not make them interchangeable: a wash is rinsed off, a lotion stays on the skin and a scent oil follows its own directions. Grams and millilitres measure different things, so compare unit prices only within the same measurement.
At the prices shown when this guide was published, the wash was 26,100 KRW and the lotion 28,800 KRW. Prices can change, so confirm the amount on each listing and in your checkout total.
Choosing a fragrance online
Scent descriptions are subjective. Read the notes the brand provides, think about where and when you will use the product and consider starting with a single item before ordering a complete set. If you are sensitive to fragrance, review the full ingredient list and precautions first; an appealing description cannot tell you how your skin will respond.
