The store you visited and the website you order from have separate assortments and services.
Confirm the product before the schedule
Keep a note of the full product name, shade, size and quantity. If the exact item is available at THE CAST, open that listing. If you choose a SOOYA SEOUL body-care product or an NBPSIS item instead, review its own details. A similar format does not establish that two products are the same.
Next, ask your hotel whether reception accepts parcels for registered guests. Use the reservation name and correct hotel address. Your useful deadline is the time you must leave the hotel, which can be earlier than your flight. Make that receiving window clear when asking THE CAST about the order.
Get confirmation before paying
Send your product links, hotel details, checkout time and departure date through My Page > 1:1 Inquiries. Ask for the delivery area, expected arrival, fee and ordering instructions to be confirmed for your request. Coverage and cutoffs are not universal, and an order note does not reserve a delivery slot.
Once the proposed delivery fits your stay, select the confirmed options and review the final total. If arrival cannot be confirmed in time, choose another shopping plan. The aim is a considered purchase that you can actually receive, with the convenience of online selection after an in-person beauty visit.
