You can browse THE CAST’s English product information while staying in Korea. A hotel order is delivered to the Korean hotel address, even if your home, phone number or payment card is from another country. The delivery destination should describe where the parcel needs to arrive during this trip.
Start from the exact product
Open a linked product page and choose its English purchase link. Check the option and quantity in the shopping screen. Read the product information before adding other items, and keep the hotel-delivery confirmation alongside the basket so the order stays consistent with the products that support reviewed.
Check the destination and payment screen
Choose South Korea for a hotel address in Korea and enter the confirmed property details. Review the payment methods actually offered for that destination, the displayed currency and the full total. Availability of a method for an overseas order does not establish that it is offered for a domestic hotel order. If your payment method or contact number is unsupported, ask for help before attempting another transaction.
Keep a useful order record
After a successful payment, keep the order number and confirmation, and follow the order through My Page, then Orders & Shipping. A product added to a basket is not a completed purchase. For questions, use My Page, then 1:1 Inquiries, and keep replies in the same conversation. A delivery note can help reception identify you, but the arrival deadline still needs THE CAST’s prior confirmation.

Choose available products and ask us to confirm arrival before you check out. Hotel delivery areas, order cutoffs and fees are confirmed for your request before payment.

Confirm your hotel receiving window. Ask reception to accept your parcel, then send THE CAST your hotel address, reservation name, reachable contact, check-out date and time, and departure date.
Order after confirmation. Check the agreed delivery timing, fees and ordering instructions. For a Korean hotel, select South Korea as the delivery destination and review the final total and available payment methods.

Open THE CAST in English, sign in, then go to My Page > 1:1 Inquiries. Send the details below and read the reply in the same conversation. A request or a checkout delivery note does not reserve a delivery slot. If the deadline cannot be confirmed, ask about a suitable alternative before paying.
